Cancellation policy: Cancellation within 21 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of one night's rate. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of up to two night's rate. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. A No-Show will incure a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking/reservation price. Premature departures will incure a 100% cancellation fee of the remaining total booking/reservation price. Any refunds applicable will incur a 3.5% bank fee or transfer fee – whichever is greater.
