Cancellation policy: 1 x nights non refundable deposit per person per room is applicable at time of booking. Written cancellations must be made and received by the reservations officer no later than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations received between fourteen (14) to eight (8) days or less before guests stay will be charged 50% of the total accommodation reserved. Cancellations received seven (7) days or less before guests stay will be charged the full amount of the total accommodation reserved. No refund will be given to late arrivals or premature departures.
