Cancellation policy: Notice of any cancellation of or a reduction in the daily number of reserved rooms, must be provided in writing by the Operator to the Company, the receipt of which needs to be verified and acknowledged by Beachcomber Island Resort. • More than 21 days prior to arrival date – No cancellation fee • Between 8-20 days prior to arrival date – 50% cancellation fee • 7 days and less notice prior to arrival and no shows – 100% cancellation fee • Any amendments, for instance a decrease in number of nights during cancellation, same condition as Cancellation shall be applied. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE CANCELLATION / AMENDMENTS PENALTY APPLIES FOR ENTIRE RESERVATION ARRANGEMENTS WHICH INCLUDE MEALS, ACTIVITIES ETC.
